You figure out where in the overworld that location is, go there, and dig for treasure (“/ac dig” or put it on your hotbar). The deciphered map is found under your key items section of the inventory. This will let you decipher (right click > decipher) the map, and let you dig for treasure when you find the location.
Treasure maps are a somewhat lucrative piece of side content that work like this: you decipher a timeworn treasure map in your inventory which gives you a little zoomed in chunk of map with an X on it, real pirate-like.įirst of all, if you’re using the treasure maps yourself, you’ll need to complete the quest Treasures and Tribulations to gain the actions to interact with them.
